Even worse this morning, carer came at 7.10am. I would have slept for another hour. DB did manage to get washed and dressed, but is now lying back with a dizzy!! I am going to have to ring and ask them to come later. I know they have other patients but it really was too early.
Yesterday was a cooler day, in fact we both had to put jumpers on. This morning the sun is shining again and it's quite warm.
I need to go and get dressed, still in my night attire. Did sleep better, but could have done with the extra hour or so.
Need to do a freezer dive for tonight's supper, not sure what we actually have. The kitchen freezer needs a clear out and clean.
Hope those who schedule the carers pay attention when you talk with them on Monday. Surely that carer is aware that DB doesn't do well so early in the morning. Do you suppose that carer is glad to leave without helping DB on days he cannot lift his head?

Hope you found something yummy in the freezer so your dinner was simple to make.
We had lots of rain overnight and this morning so all is mushy and horribly humid.
I actually did a bit of sewing, adding fabric strips to fabric slabs to use for more hearts. Perhaps I can cut more hearts out this week as my wrist in improving.
