its very warm, yesterday was a scorcher, although we were cool enough in the sitting room, the sun moves round during the morning. I shut the blinds and curtains in the bedroom and brought the fan back in, although we did not need it.
I have no idea whats going on with my sleep according to my watch I slept for 3 hours last night. I think its mis functioning........I was awake in the night, but had been to sleep before then. Think its going to end up in the bucket.
DB's carer was early this morning, so he had to get up in a hurry which has pushed him into a dizzy......so he is back in bed for now.
I have a grocery delivery coming this morning, they have changed the small pack of tea bags to a large one...trying to keep the oderer down, so they will be going back.
I am going to try and set myself a goal for each day, this morning I need to photograph the two electric radiators and put them on Gumtree....... if they do not sell, one of the charity shops will take them. They are new and both thermostatically controlled. Have only been used a couple of times.
I think supper will be cottage pie, oranges in jelly for dessery, have some cream to finish up.
It does sound like the gizmo that counts the time you sleep must be malfunctioning. Surely you slept more than 3 hours!
ReplyDeleteDB's carer shouldn't have rushed him. 90+ year olds don't rush well.
I'd keep one of those nearly new heaters as I really dislike being cold and winter will come again!
As always, your dinner plans sound delicious!
The temperature here today is expected to be 31*C and tonight 19.0. Since the pollen count is so high, it's a good day to stay indoors. I have a dishwasher to unload, paper to shred, batting to cut, plus and small wall quilt and hearts to machine quilt.
Hugs!
