So DB is due home at lunch time, our original carers will be coming 3 visits a day. DB was not happy that they were going to discharge him with a catheter in place, I objected strongly, hopefully he will get it out before he leaves. Yesterday I went to the Post Office and drew the cash for the gardener and cleaner. I went in the afternoon to get my hearing aids serviced. I am on the waiting list for impressions and new aids. I have had my present ones since 2019!! That's 6 years.
Hope the catheter is history before DB comes home. Why is it in at all (you don't have to answer that)? You know a quick snip and out it comes! I imagine he wanted a light meal and a lovely nap in his own bed when he got home.
ReplyDeleteAm glad your hearing aids were serviced and hope these last a good long while.
We're having amazing cool weather for late May and are enjoying it. Wish I had more energy to cut and pull up ivy!
I'm about to press and hang a different wall quilt for our entry hall.
Hugs!
Any nurse that snips a catheter before removing it, needs to have her practice number removed. You deflate it!
