But cold this morning. A bit later getting up, carers were not due till 9am. We had a new lady yesterday filling in for the carer who night sits a patient. DB said she was very thorough.
DB ate all his supper last night, plus a small helping of apple crumble. I have almost used up the apples, will nip along and see if there are any left, might be able to find space in the freezer for some peeled and chopped ones. I freeze them in portions either for crumble or apple sauce.
Started to write the Christmas cards, I am not sure about going g to the coffee morning next week, worried about the new strain of covid which seems to be going round. We have both had the vaccinations, but still concerned.
Stepson's little girl had another very bad seizure yesterday, was taken to hospital, but allowed home last night.
Cleaner here yesterday, usual thorough job. I dread her saying that she is finding her job plus the cleaning too much, she has fitted in so well, gets on with the job.
Better nights sleep last night......was very tired yesterday.
Supper tonight will doubtless be eaten, sausage, mash, baked beans and onion gravy, apple crumble for dessert.
Am glad to hear that DB ate dinner well last night and agree he's likely to eat well tonight, too, as its another easy to chew meal.

Oh, dear, am so sorry about that seizure. Do they happen often?
I've never frozen fresh apples but will try your method.
Am about to hand sew the binding on the back side to finish doll quilt #1 and then cut/join/fold/press the binding for doll quilt #2 and might get it sewing on today, too. Or not.
Warmish days and almost below freezing nights.
