Its been a funny week, we have had enough rain to float a boat, today we have had bright sunshine combined with freezing temperatures. Both the carer and my cleaner reported although the roads were OK, The pavements were like glass. Snow forecast for tonight.
C, our cleaner did her usual fantastic job, I would never get anyone else as through cleaning or helpful in other ways too.
DB has had a mixed week, several bad dizzy days, he was ok today, managed to go to play scrabble, but then had a nasty attack before the carer came to get him undressed for bed. He elected not to have a cooked supper, so sandwiches and fruit.
DD1 moved into their new bungalow yesterday, it poured with rain. DSIL sent a text to say they were in. DGD and her husband had been to help, they had fish and chips for supper then went to bed shattered. I know that feeling so well!!
Wednesday was my afternoon off, I had several errands to do, managed them all including filling the car up with fuel. I never like the fuel to go down too far incase we need the car in an emergency.
I am shattered writing this in bed. DB is watching the Olympics on the bedroom TV. He has watched a lot of the coverage this week when he wasn't dizzy.
