No idea what went off but yesterday the complex was closed down for 2 hours. Ambulance and 6 police cars, no one in or out.........Carers etc had to walk in.
DB has had good days and mediocre days, today so far he is ok. I am suffering badly from lack of sleep, not had a decent night for over a week.
Speech therapist came yesterday, DB does have a problem with his swallow, I knew that years ago!! He is on a soft diet and has been told to use water to help him to swallow......
I have started getting 3 days frozen meals, the rest of the time I am cooking.......
Tonight its beef hot pot from the freezer.
Goodness! Wonder what was going on in the complex?? Have you found out what happened?
ReplyDeleteAm sorry you're not sleeping well. If you can safely take aspirin, one aspirin at bedtime was my mother's method for sleep. I take one Percogesic (no aspirin in it) to be sure I sleep.
It's wise of you to have easy frozen meals to use when you're too tired to cook as usual.
Hope you're enjoying reading when you need to rest.
