without the brace........ gentlr day, not too much walking about, leg feeld weird with out the brace, Knee feels heavy.
Its been another really nice day, was going to have a walk round the garden, but fell asleep instead. I prepared our lunch, left the pots for the carer to see to, I think they may stop the afyernoon call, there is not a lot for her to do, she will be back later to prepare me for bed.
I am looking forward to being able to get outside for a while, I have cabin fever!!!
Glory Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy for your speedy bone healing and that you're free of the annoying splint. I suspect you'll still need help for at least the coming week as you strengthen your muscles and hope the person who schedules the carers understands that.

So glad to hear that you are on the mend. I can sympathise as it was my 1st day back at work today. After breaking my right knee. I've been a carer for 14 years now. I had 2 sets of braces for 9 weeks. Was better than a cast I found. When it didn't slip down. My family enjoy watching me do my physio exercises Well it's free entertainment, I suppose.
