DB woke me about 20 to 4am, it was well over 5am before I got back to sleep, I put a message on the door for the carers not to wake us, so it was after 9am before I finally got out of bed.
DB is driving me nuts, no idea what he did lst night but the TV would not go back to the TV setting after we had watches a couple of programmes on the freesat box.
I have sent an email to the hearing clinic to make appointments for us both to get our hearing aids checked, mine has come adrift and I am having a problem getting it into my ear.
The temperature has gone right down, still have the haeting on early morning and then in the evening, DB is feeling the cold a lot more recently.
No idea whats for supper........
So sorry for the bad night's sleep for DB, then you. You were wise to let the carer know sleep was needed more than care this morning!

DH is feeling cold more in the last few months than ever before. He and our sons have always been hot natured while I froze, summer or winter.
Perhaps a ding dinner for y'all tonight?!
This week I ordered a new cotton thermal blanket for us as one of our older ones unraveled all along one side and I was not up to repairing it. The blanket arrived yesterday so this morning have washed it and it's in the dryer as it's too heavy when wet for the clothes line.
I hope to sew today.
