Hot

temperature ay 10 am was 18c its 20 past 4 and its 24, the house is nice and cool......

Bit of a panic day yesterday, DB has flares up of costochondritis, which was his chest pain yesterday. He sleot through the night, and a couple of tablets have put paid to it today. I managed over 8 hours sleep last night. I am going to need a few night like that to make up what I lost over last week.

No carer this morning, no idea what happened.........I got DB up at 10am.

As its so hot we are having gammon, new potato's and salad. I have banana and cream for dessert. for dessert.

    Am glad there are tablets to calm the inflammation and pain of DB's costochondritis and that you both slept well. May good nights' sleep continue.
    Our high today is to be 25.5*C with sunshine so that's nearly the same as at your home! If all goes as forecast, we're also likely to have rain for the next 3 days.
    DH did a lot of mowing yesterday so he'll be sore all over no doubt.
