Sunny, warm morning

Bad night for me was awake at 4am.......DB as usual never stirred.

Carer came very early this morning, as they did last night, we were still eating supper, so she had to wait whilst DB finished. He insisted he wanted fish and chips, but then had a problem swallowing them. I am going to ring the surgery on Monday and see if they can expedite the appointment for someone to come and see him. We cannot go on like this.

Cleaner came and is powering through the cleaning, we moved DB'S relaxer chair to clean underneath it. I nipped out to change the quilt cover I bought last week, no problem, I had the receipt, all done quickly.

Its quite warm in the sun, supposed to get up to 15c today.

DB will be going to scrabble this afternoon, I will try and get a nana nap in if I can. 

Supper tonight is shepherds pie, we will see how that goes down.
