Windy

Wind is blowing our way, so have had to put the draft excluder against the front door, we get complaints otherwise.

DB is very subdued this morning, think I have got through him. I have told him that from now on he is only getting mashed down food, or stuff that's easy to swallow. Will see how long it is before he starts complaining again, he says he will manage chips tonight.......we will see!!

I nipped to Lidl for orange juice, I must be loosing it, I did not put any on the order yesterday. Picked up almost ripe pears and some plums. I need to remember not to go on a Friday again, it was rammed!! People everywhere, the lady in front of me had the belt full to overflowing.......huge bill at the end.

No plans for today, I managed a fair sleep last night.......according to my watch I was awake for an hour or so in the night, do not remember that. I get very little deep sleep, it's mostly light sleep.

So we have asked for cream cheese on a soft wholemeal roll for lunch. He wanted seeded ryvita, no way.........his usual yogurt and milk.....
